HOW IT WORKS
Cadillac has partnered with Fluidauto to deliver instant valuations and create the Cadillac Marketplace App – keeping the entire experience digital and in the palm of your hand 2. It’s available for both iOS and Android users.
Prepare Listing
Launch the Marketplace App and follow the prompts to prepare your vehicle listing5. Fluidauto will then verify your vehicle purchase with Cadillac and proceed to list your vehicle.
Live Bids
Receive live bids on your car from our active buyer network.
Complete
You can accept the highest offer. Payment and car pickup will be scheduled to align with your new Cadillac’s delivery.

You will be connected with one of our partner’s independent professional inspection companies, who follow a pre-set, guided process to inspect your vehicle.
This is a complimentary service exclusive for Cadillac customers. You will be required to purchase a new Cadillac prior to listing your current vehicle for bidding.
No – the bids placed on your vehicle represent the price that is paid for the vehicle. Neither Cadillac nor our partner, Fluidauto, take a margin from the sale price.
No - at no stage is any part of this process compulsory. Once you have received your final price, you are in complete control of the choice to accept the offer.

To use vehicle disposal services via the Cadillac Marketplace App, you must first have ordered a new Cadillac vehicle. You will be required to read and agree to:

2 Service Provider
Vehicle disposal services, including this tool and the Cadillac Marketplace App, are provided solely by Fluidauto Pty Ltd. Cadillac is not responsible for the administration or maintenance of these services and will not be liable for the provision of the website, apps, or related services. Any complaints or claims regarding vehicle disposal services must be directed to Fluidauto on 1300 381 550, or in writing to:

3 Instant Valuation Estimates
Instant Valuation Estimates are indicative only. They are provided by Fluidauto Pty Ltd based on market data from recent sales within its buyer network. General Motors Australia and New Zealand Pty Ltd (“Cadillac”) has no control or influence over the prices generated by this tool.
4 Consent to Information Sharing
By submitting information to the valuation toolor downloading the Marketplace App, you consent to Cadillac sharing the information you provide with its vehicle disposal partner, Fluidauto, for the purpose of preparing a valuation. For further information regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when using the valuation tool, please refer to the Cadillac Privacy Policy and Fluidauto Privacy Policy. You also consent to being contacted by a Cadillac Sales team member to provide support and discuss a potential Cadillac vehicle purchase.
5 Vehicle Listing and Buyer Conduct
If you choose to list your vehicle on the Cadillac Marketplace App, buyers are curated by Fluidauto with the intention of assisting you in disposing of your current vehicle. Cadillac accepts no responsibility for the conduct of buyers or third parties, including matters relating to inspection, collection, or payment. Cadillac has no influence over, or involvement in, the determination of final prices offered.
If you accept an offer and proceed with disposal of your vehicle, collection will be facilitated by Fluidauto. Cadillac will not be liable for changes to collection timing, delays, or any damage associated with the collection of your vehicle.
6 Cadillac Marketplace App
The Cadillac Marketplace App is developed and published by Fluidauto. Cadillac does not control its content, availability, or compatibility. For device compatibility, please refer to the respective App Store.
Full use of the Cadillac Marketplace App is only available to customers who have purchased a new Cadillac. Vehicles listed on the Cadillac Marketplace App will only receive bids once your Cadillac purchase has been verified by Fluidauto.
